I was just exposed to a (hilarious) customer complaint music video about United Airways. Sons of Maxwell put it together after their air travel experience (detailed here), in which the band claims their $3,500 Taylor guitar was broken. The ensuing drama was crafted into a pretty catchy song and then into the video I’ ve embedded below.

Now, if United is light on their feet, they can craft a happy little music video in answer to this…but somehow, I doubt they will.

If ever I am wronged by a service provider to the tune of $3,500, I’d like to have this much lyrical talent to sass them into remorse, but that’s just not in my arsenal. 🙂
